From the North
From I-95, either North or South, take Route 202 North exit.
Go about 2 miles on 202 (Concord Pike). Route 202 will split - notice Taco Bell on left, fire hall on right. Stay in far right lane and at intersection (Silverside Road) take a right. At second traffic light, turn left (large office complex). Go past guardhouse and bear left. Go to second building on left - Clayton Building.
From the South (Rehoboth Beach area)
Take Route 1 North.
Merge onto I-95 via exit 165 B (toward I-295 Phila/Wilm).
Exit 8 - Concord Pike toward Wilmington/West Chester (left lane).
Continue on Route 202.
Right onto Silverside Road.
Concord Plaza office complex on left.
Serves Kent County
From the North
I-95 South to Exit 4A South.
Take Route 1 past Dover Downs and through toll. After toll booth, take Route 1 South toward Dover/Shore Points. Exit at Exit 97 (Salisbury/Norfolk). Turn right at the end of the ramp - North on Route 13. Go through two traffic lights. Delaware Hospice Dover Office will be on your right (Lotus Plaza), after the second light, just past the McDonald’s restaurant.
From the South (Rehoboth Beach area).
Take Route 1 North to Bay Road, Milford (Route 113 N).
Continue Route 113 North until exit 95 (last exit before toll)
Left onto RT 10.
Right onto S. State Street until ALT 13, right onto ALT 13 (S. DuPont Hwy).
Continue on ALT 13 until office on right (Lotus Plaza).
From the South (Georgetown area)
Take Route 113 North.
Continue to Route 1 (Bay Road exit in Milford).
Follow Route 1 North to Dover.
Exit 95 (last exit before toll).
Left onto RT 10.
Right onto S. State Street until ALT 13, right onto ALT 13 (S. DuPont Hwy).
Continue on ALT 13 until office on right (Lotus Plaza).

From the North
I-95 South to Exit 4A South.
Take new Route 1 (pay toll) – follow down to where it meets up with Route 13 South. Follow Route 13 for several miles. Then pick up Route 1 South again to bypass Smyrna. Continue on Route 1 past Dover Downs and through toll. After toll booth, take Route 1 South to where it combines with Route 113S. Follow 113 South to Milford where Route 1 and Route 113 split. Bear right and continue on Route 113 through Milford to Georgetown (20 minutes).
Look for an 84 Lumber and a Walmart on your right. Get into left lane to make a U-turn on to Route 113 North. After U-turn, Georgetown Professional Office Complex will be on your right. Delaware Hospice is in the first building on the right, Suite 107.
From the South (Rehoboth Beach area)
Take Route 1 North.
Turn slight left onto Lewes Georgetown Highway (Route 9W).
Continue Route 9W to Georgetown until circle - enter circle, take 1st exit North Bedford Street.
Continue on N. Bedford St. until Georgetown Professional Office Complex on left.

From the North
I-95 South to Exit 4A South.
Take new Route 1 (pay toll) – follow down to where it meets up with Route 13 South. Follow Route 13 for several miles. Then pick up Route 1 South again to bypass Smyrna. Continue on Route 1 past Dover Downs and through toll. After toll booth, take Route 1 South to where it combines with Route 113S. Follow 113 South to Milford where Route 1 and Route 113 split. Bear right and continue on Route 113 through Milford to Millsboro (30 minutes).
Look for an Old Landing Road and a WaWa on your rightt. Get into left lane to make the turn onto Old Landing Road. After turn, Millsboro Office Complex will be on your right. Delaware Hospice is in the first suite from the left.
