A support group for adults who have experienced the loss of a loved one.
Find out what normal grief “looks” like; develop coping skills that feel right for you; learn simple mental exercises that can enhance your sense of wellbeing; share as much or as little as you would like—in a confidential, non-judgmental environment, with others who have experienced a similar loss.  Registration required.  Please call Judy at 302-678-4448, ext. 2135 to register or if you have questions.  This group is ongoing for six weeks.  Due to the nature of the support group process, no new participants will be accepted after the 2nd meeting, on 1/19.  We thank you for your understanding.
