A support group for those who have experienced the death of a significant other. Find out what normal grief “looks” like; develop coping skills that feel right for you; learn simple mental exercises that can enhance your sense of wellbeing; share as much or as little as you would like—in a confidential, non-judgmental environment, with others who have experienced a similar loss.
