Delaware Hospice’s Festival of Trees is the annual event that ushers in the holiday season statewide. Hosted by Delaware Hospice to support its programs and services, the Festival of Trees features a magnificent display of beautifully decorated trees, and wreaths. Area businesses and individuals sponsor the trees and wreaths, which are decorated by local artisans who donate their time and talent. A selection of decorated items is available for purchase at the Festival. At the close of the Festival, the trees and wreaths are delivered to charitable organizations or destinations selected by the sponsors.
Volunteers work year round to produce this event, which is Delaware Hospice’s major annual fundraiser.
