Location:Milford Inpatient Facility
Status:Full and Part Time
Qualifications/Duties: Current LPN license in the State of Delaware. Minimum of two years nursing experience. Functions as a member of the interdisciplinary team to provide quality hospice care to patients and families. Provides nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse. Must be able to lift and turn patients as needed in the normal course of patient care, following industry standards and guidelines for safety and correct ergonomic practices.
Scheduled:FT and PT positions include weekend rotations
Reports to: Team Leader
