Location:Milford Inpatient Facility
Status:Full Time
Qualifications/Duties: HS/GED diploma required Vocational or Technical School certification preferred. 2+ years related trade experience in building-related trade, medical facility, and/or nursing home building experience preferred. Technical, vocational or on-the-job training in at least one of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, mechanical, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair. Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record with periodic checks.
Schedule: M-F 8-4:30pm w/ some night and weekend on-call rotation
Reports to: Facilities Manager
