Qualifications/Duties:BS in Computer Science or equivalent work exp. requires strong customer support exp. including phone, email and in person communication. MS Office and training exp. required. Exp. in windows networking, general computer maintenance preferred. Solid analytical and communication skills, excellent command of the English language.
