Qualifications/Duties:Masters degree in management/healthcare field; program development and management, and human resource management experience. Proven leadership qualities; self-motivation with ability to innovate and initiate; proven interpersonal skills; demonstrable written and communication skills; strong organizational skills; strong supervisory skills. Successful completion of the Hospice Administrators Course.
