“Life After Loss” Support Group will be held by Delaware Hospice in Wilmington from September 9th.
Delaware Hospice announces a support group for “Life After Loss” which will meet once a month, on the 2nd Thursday of the month, at the Delaware Hospice office, 3515 Silverside Road, Wilmington 19810, from 5:30 -7:00 p.m.
Task-oriented coping skills will be addressed. This group is recommended for those who have attended a support group previously and would like additional support or skills.
Topics of upcoming monthly meetings will be: September 9th: Cooking for one; October 14th: Home Repairs; and November 11th: Yoga/Relaxation.
This activity is provided free to the public by Delaware Hospice, and no registration is required.
