Delaware Hospice offers  6-week Grief Support Group in Dover from October 5th.

 

Delaware Hospice will hold a six-week Grief Support Group for adults who have experienced the loss of a loved one on Tuesdays, from October 5th through November 9th, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m., at the Delaware Hospice Dover office, 911 S. DuPont Highway.

 

The Grief Support Group is free and open to the public; however, registration is required.

Participants will learn what normal grief “looks” like, develop coping skills that feel right; learn simple mental exercises that can enhance a sense of well-being; share as much or as little as feels comfortable in a confidential, non-judgmental environment with others who have experienced a similar loss.

 

Specific dates of this Grief Support Group are:  October 5th, October 12th, October 19th, October 26th, November 2nd, and November 9th.
