Delaware Hospice Mall “Walk and Talk” begins on Wednesday, September 15th in Dover

 

Delaware Hospice invites caregivers, professional caregivers, and anyone grieving the loss of a loved one to the Blue Hen Mall every Wednesday morning, beginning on September 15th, from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.

 

Join staff member, Judy Baker (in the blue smock and Delaware Hospice badge) for an hour of walking and talking, blowing off steam, improving your mood, and increasing your health and vitality with others who are sharing similar experiences.

 

No registration is required. As with any new exercise program, we recommend that you first consult your physician.  For more information, call Judy Baker at 678-4448, extension 2135.
