Delaware Hospice holds Health Forum on June 11th at St. Jude the Apostle Church

Delaware Hospice will be holding a Health Forum on Thursday, June 11th, from 12 noon to 3:00 p.m. at the Parish Life Center, St. Jude the Apostle Church, Highway One Northbound, Lewes.

Representatives from the Alzheimer’s Association, American Cancer Society, American Red Cross Life Line, Mid-Atlantic Behavioral Health, Blood Bank of Delmarva, Delaware Hospice, the Diabetes Association, Rockford Center, Senior Medicare Patrol, and Social Security Administration will participate.

The Health Forum will offer members of the community an opportunity to ask questions and learn more about services and programs offered by each of these organizations.

Light refreshments will be provided.
