Delaware Hospice’s Lunch Bunch Lecture on “Taming the Inner Critic” on Friday, February 5th, at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford.

 

All are welcome to Delaware Hospice’s popular Lunch Bunch Lecture Series with Dr. Judy Pierson.  On Friday, February 5th, Dr. Judy will present “Taming the Inner Critic,” at the Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, from 12 to 1:30 p.m.

 

Most of us criticize ourselves throughout the day.  Even those who appear to be successful and confident can harbor an inner critic that makes them feel like a fraud.  While healthy remorse and constructive feedback is appropriate, a harsh inner critic can undermine confidence, success and willingness to take risks.  This session will discuss the negative effects of your inner critic, how to identify it, and strategies for diminishing its power in your life.
