Six-Week Adult General Grief/Loss Support Group begins September 13th in Newark

 

Delaware Hospice announces a six-week group meeting in Newark for adults who have experienced the loss of a loved one.  The group will meet Monday evenings, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., beginning September 13th through October 18th, at the Unitarian Universalist Church, 420 Willa Rd., Newark.

 

Find out what normal grief looks like; learn about the tasks of mourning; identify your coping style and develop coping skills that feel right for you. 

 

Share as much or as little as you would like in a confidential, non-judgmental environment with others who have experienced a similar loss.
