Six-Week Adult General Grief/Loss Support Group begins September 24th at the Wellness Community in Wilmington.

 

Delaware Hospice announces a six-week group meeting in Wilmington for adults who have experienced the loss of a loved one.  The group will meet Thursday afternoons, from 1:30 to 3:00 p.m., beginning September 23rd  through October 28th, at the Wellness Community, 4810 Lancaster Pike, Wilmington.

 

Find out what normal grief looks like; learn about the tasks of mourning; identify your coping style and develop coping skills that feel right for you. 

 

Share as much or as little as you would like in a confidential, non-judgmental environment with others who have experienced a similar loss.
