Join us as we pave a Pathway of Memories at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford.  We invite you to create a lasting tribute in honor of a family member or friend, while simultaneously supporting the work of Delaware Hospice.  An attractive pathway lined with commemorative bricks linking the gardens to the lobby of the patient/family suites, will honor individuals, families, businesses, and service organizations throughout our community.
 
Bricks will be placed along the pathway semi-annually (Spring and Autumn).  While individuals are welcome to visit any time, donors will be invited to a special event in the Spring of each year.
 
Your donation to Delaware Hospice will demonstrate your continued support of our mission to provide quality care and comfort to families in need.
 
The commemorative 4” x 8” red brick is only $150 and allows for one to three lines of type with up to 14 characters per line.
