Delaware Hospice Medical Director:
Consults with the patient’s primary physician, oversees the care plan and may also serve as the attending physician if necessary
Manage the individual’s care plan and provide education to caregivers
Certified Nursing Assistants:
Provide personal care to patients and education to caregivers
Provide emotional care, and support the needs of family members
Offer spiritual direction and prayer
Adult and Child Bereavement Counselors:
Provide grief support
Offer companionship and encouragement
